We make it a priority to reach out to the communities where our customers and associates live and work. For example we provide financial support by funding community initiatives; in 2011 alone we donated more than $16 million to educational non-profit organisations across the world. Even more importantly, we encourage our associates to donate their time to the organisations closest to their hearts.


We’re committed to leading the way in sustainable business practices. Every day we’re going further to source more sustainable products, improve our green service offering, eliminate waste and maximise energy – in one year alone we’ve recycled over 63 million ink cartridges (and that’s just in the US).
